Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with no more than 250 W. If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h speed or has a motor with more than 250 W, different rules apply. The next classification is Moped Class II and then Moped Class I. There are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped. Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped Class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the engine is stronger than 250 W it is classified as Moped Class I. For Moped Class I, an AM license is required , the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for bicycle, moped class I or II, it may not be used on public roads.
Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/h. The e-bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work. Deviation from these requirements results in the classification as a moped with associated rules.
We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under the age of 15, although it is not mandatory.

Jag gick från att köra en "standard" elsparkcykel som var trevligt en stund. Men när jag bestämde mig för att pndela till jobbet så blev det denna maskin.
Har ägt den i snart 1 vecka och är fruktansvärt nöjd. Den kom fram på utsatt tid och paketet var där absolut inga skador på även om paketet väger 55kg.
Den var enkel att skruva ihopa. Pumpa däcken och ladda den.
Jag pendlar med min och jag har cirka 30km T&R
Vill man köra långa sträckor så rekommenderar jag att man kör läge 1 alltså eko och endast använder bakmotorn då går den i 25km/h då får du verkligen ut maximalt på räckvidden
Jag har valt att köra läge 2 drivningen både fram och bak sen låser jag farthållaren på 40
Då får jag ut cirka 50km på en laddning. Med min vikt på 130kg
Kan varmt rekommendera denna scooter till personer som är lite tyngre. Har provat att använda sadeln men tycker det förstör halva grejen med en el-scooter/sparkcykel. Kör man mycket på asfalterade cykelvägar så överväg att köpa street däck istället för offroaddäcken som sitter på. Då minskar man ljudet från däcken ganska mycket.

Valde expressleverans på denna elsparkcykel, fick den efter 6 dagar så det kändes ändå okej. Tar ganska lång tid att ladda upp ett tomt batteri så min rekommendation till er som vill köpa den här är att ladda hela natten.
Det jag älskar mest är att den har en otroligt bra prestanda. Den har inga problem med att komma upp till maxhastigheter och räckvidden är som utlovat. Väldigt nöjd kund här :)

Har en extremt brant backe från jobbet hem som min tidigare elscooter inte klarade av. Med den Duotts D88 klarar den av backen utan att ens förlora kraft. Helt otroligt bra.
