Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with no more than 250 W. If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h speed or has a motor with more than 250 W, different rules apply. The next classification is Moped Class II and then Moped Class I. There are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped. Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped Class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the engine is stronger than 250 W it is classified as Moped Class I. For Moped Class I, an AM license is required , the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for bicycle, moped class I or II, it may not be used on public roads.
Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/h. The e-bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work. Deviation from these requirements results in the classification as a moped with associated rules.
We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under the age of 15, although it is not mandatory.

Alltså wow, den här Teverun Blade Mini Ultra är typ sjuk? 😵💫 Jag fattar typ inget om teknik och sånt, men den här grejen är seriöst som en Ferrari på två hjul. Jag testade den och ba wooosh! 60 km/h kändes som att flyga, fast på marken liksom. Och den klarar 100 km på en laddning – jag ba "okej, hejdå, behöver inte ladda förrän nästa år känns det som". 😅
Och bromsarna då? Asså jag trodde jag skulle dö först när jag körde ner för en brant backe, men nä, bromsarna är typ magiska. Stannar på en femöring, utan drama. Plus att det är skitkul att köra den i mörker med alla lampor och blinkers – man ser ut som en futuristisk discofyr.
Den är också sjukt skön att köra, även när vägen är typ ett minfält av hål. Dämparna är grymma och däcken känns som marshmallows på något sätt. Och sen att man kan vika ihop den? Genialt. Den får plats typ var som helst.
